Due to the nature of food and supplement products, we do not accept returns for change of mind.
Faulty or Damaged Products
Returns or refunds may be accepted if:

Photo evidence may be required to assess the issue.
Opened food products, sample packs, or trial items are not eligible for return unless they are faulty or unsafe.

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for approved returns unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, in which case reasonable return shipping costs will be covered.
Returned items must be securely packaged. Damage caused by inadequate packaging may void eligibility for a refund.
5. Sale & Promotional Items
Sale items, promotional products, or bundled offers are not eligible for refunds for change of mind.
This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law, including your right to a refund, repair, or replacement if a product is faulty or has a major failure.
